Thai Coco, a renowned brand from Thailand struggled to generate sales with their outdated website. The main touchpoint for potential customers, failed to capture the brand's story and hindered their market positioning. Thai Coco approached us with the goal of carving out a distinctive space in the crowded market, revamping their online presence, and boosting their brand visibility and sales.

10% decrease in bounce rate
The new website observed 10% decrease in bounce rate and increase in engagement due to social media marketing.
Prioritizing Consumer Behavior Over Data
Initially, analytics showed more desktop users than mobile, so the client favored a desktop-first approach. Despite consumer behavior indicating a preference for mobile-first, we proceeded with desktop-first. However, within months, data revealed a substantial increase in mobile visitors compared to desktop.
